  • How does Chiropractic work?
Chiropractic treatments work by finding spinal and extremity joint misalignments and adjusting them back into the correct position. When that happens, the body is able to restore proper motion so that there is no longer nerve pressure and interference. This allows the body to heal the way it is naturally designed to do.
  • What are the benefits of Chiropractic care?
Our nervous system controls every system in our body. When our spine is misaligned, it can lead to physical discomfort and diagnoses such as low back pain, neck pain, hip pain, and other physical pains. Chiropractic care can help the body naturally correct and heal these aches and pains. Additionally, chiropractic treatments have also helped people with headaches, digestive problems, sleep issues, anxiety, vertigo, asthma, and a host of other health issues.
  • What conditions can Chiropractic Care help with?
So many things! Chiropractic care helps with so much more than back pain and posture, though it does help there too. Our patients find relief from, and treatment for, many of the following: Neck, back, shoulder, hip, and ankle pain (basically any joints can benefit) Sciatica Plantar fasciitis Headaches and migraines Bloating and digestion / organ functioning (nerve pathways) Concussions Carpal tunnel TMJ dysfunction and pain Pregnancy and post-partum and more! For patients looking to stay active and improve their general health, Chiropractic care can play a role there too, at any age.
  • What is the out of pocket investment /cost for Chiropractic?

The following investment applies beginning January 2025: First Session: $185 Established Patients: $99 We accept cash, HSA / FSA cards, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Apple Pay.
  • How long will it take to feel results?
Research states that for every year that you’ve had a chronic health problem, the body will need about a month to get well and reverse the dysfunction. For example, if you’ve had back pain on and off for five years, expect your body to take about five months to heal with chiropractic treatments. With that said, if we can impact change in your body on the first visit, we know that we can help your body heal.
  • How often do I need to schedule?
That depends. Every body is different and everybody's schedule is different too. We're not looking for band-aids, we really want to get to the root cause. In general, when it's a new injury (aka acute or subacute), we suggest twice a week for a couple of weeks to get ahead of things before it settles into a chronic stage. The more consistent the time investment up front, the quicker things can heal. For chronic or long-term symptoms, we suggest weekly for a couple of months and then start to spread out treatments from there. Research indicates that for every year that you’ve had a chronic health problem, the body will need about a month to get well and reverse the dysfunction. For example, if you’ve had back pain on and off for five years, expect your body to take about five months to heal with chiropractic treatments. If you're feeling good, no complaints, a monthly 'tune-up' can keep you going and help prevent new injuries, or a recurrence of a previous issue, as much as possible. So, how often to schedule? That depends!

Massage after can help the adjustment last longer by keeping muscles from tightening right back up . Ask your chiropractor which would be the better options for your specific body.
