True Health Means Treating
the Whole Person

The Triune Method addresses three root causes of disease — structural, nutritional, and emotional — so you can heal for good.

Our Philosophy — Mind, Body, and Spirit

Our name says it all. "Triune" means three in one — and that's how we see you.

You're not a collection of symptoms. You're a whole person with a body that's structurally connected, nutritionally driven, and emotionally affected. When one of those three areas breaks down, the others follow.

Most clinics treat the symptom you walked in with. We treat the person behind it. That's why a visit at Triune might include a chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue work, a conversation about your diet, and a check on how stress is showing up in your body.
This isn't a philosophy we borrowed. It's the reason we exist.

Three Root Causes of Disease

Structural Imbalances

Misalignments, joint restrictions, muscle tension, and fascial adhesions create pain and limit how your body moves and functions. Our chiropractors address these through full-body adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercises.

Organ & Nutritional Imbalances

What's happening inside matters just as much as what's happening outside. Hormone dysfunction, blood sugar instability, thyroid issues, and nutrient deficiencies silently drive fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, and inflammation. Our functional bloodwork and nutritional counseling uncover what conventional labs miss.

Emotional Imbalances

Chronic stress, anxiety, unresolved tension — these aren't just mental. They show up physically as tight muscles, poor sleep, digestive problems, and immune suppression. We use applied kinesiology and stress-relief techniques alongside chiropractic and massage to help your nervous system reset.

How We Put It All Together

Every patient starts with a comprehensive evaluation — not a five-minute intake. We listen. We test. We look at how your structure, nutrition, and stress levels are interacting.

From there, your care plan is built around what your body actually needs. That might mean chiropractic adjustments paired with functional bloodwork. It might mean massage therapy combined with nutritional changes. Often, it's a combination — because real problems rarely have a single cause.

Our three chiropractors and two massage therapists work as a team, not in isolation silos. When your massage therapist notices a pattern, your chiropractor knows about it. When your bloodwork reveals something, it shapes your treatment plan. That coordination is what makes Triune different.

Our Hopkinton Story

Dr. Christian Carroll founded Triune Chiropractic in 2019 — right here in the town he grew up in. What started as a solo practice driven by a passion for root-cause healing has grown into a full wellness team: three doctors of chiropractic, two licensed massage therapists, the supportive office staff and a shared commitment to helping Hopkinton and the surrounding communities get truly well.

Our office at 35 Parkwood Dr is home to families, athletes, desk workers, new moms, and everyone in between. We're proud to be part of this community — and we don't take that responsibility lightly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is The Triune Method?

The Triune Method is our whole-person approach to healthcare. We believe most disease and dysfunction stem from three interconnected root causes — structural imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and emotional stress. By addressing all three through chiropractic, massage, functional medicine, and lifestyle support, we help patients heal at a deeper level than symptom management alone.

How is Triune Wellness different from a regular chiropractor?

Most chiropractic offices focus on spinal adjustments alone. At Triune, every visit is more thorough — including a full-body evaluation, soft tissue work, extremity adjustments, and custom home exercises. We also offer functional bloodwork, nutritional counseling, and therapeutic massage under the same roof, so your care addresses the full picture.

What does a first visit look like?

Your first visit begins with a detailed health history and conversation about your goals. From there, we perform a comprehensive exam — including muscle testing, postural assessment, and range-of-motion evaluation. If needed, we may recommend functional bloodwork. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's going on and a personalized care plan.

Do your doctors work together on patient care?

Yes. Our chiropractors and massage therapists communicate regularly about shared patients. If your massage therapist identifies a tension pattern that relates to a structural issue, your chiropractor will know. This team-based approach means nothing falls through the cracks.

You deserve care that looks at the whole picture — not just the part that hurts.
